Phil Cronin is the founder and Managing Director of Marble Arch Consulting, a fast-growing consultancy firm specialising in digital strategies and IT solutions. With a dynamic background in technology spanning over 25 years.
Phil is a seasoned expert in navigating the complexities of the industry across various sectors including government, mining, transport, finance, education, and telecommunications.
Degree educated, Phil started on his professional journey, swiftly establishing himself in technology roles. His dedication and expertise led him to achieve the CCIE accreditation in 2009, distinguishing himself as one of the select few to attain this milestone at the first attempt.
Transitioning into Project Management, Phil's career trajectory continued as he excelled in delivering global, multi-million dollar infrastructure projects, from M&A integrations to data centre deployments and migrations, his adeptness at handling complex challenges propelled him to the forefront of his field.
Phil's extensive experience extends beyond borders, having worked in diverse regions including APAC, Africa, Europe, and South America. This global perspective enriches his approach, enabling him to tailor solutions that resonate across cultural and geographical landscapes.
Founding Marble Arch Consulting marked a pivotal moment in Phil's career, where he focussed on empowering senior technology managers to achieve organisational success. Through the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies.

Mike has is a dynamic and forward-thinking technologist with a passion for crafting innovative solutions at the intersection of communications, security, and cloud technologies. With over 15 years’ experience in solution architecture and design and a keen eye for detail, he brings a wealth of experience in designing and delivering solutions that drive availability, operational efficiency, security, and scalability.
Mike has an holistic approach that encompasses a wide technology landscape. Mike is committed to delivering solutions that empower organizations to achieve their strategic objectives with confidence, by maintaining a keen eye on business requirements and solution dependencies.
Mike believes that solutions, whilst maintaining industry standardisation and building-block architecture, should be right fit for a customer, matching their organisational profile not only strategically & commercially, but also in their capacity to support and evolve the technology within their ecosystem.
MATTHEW GOSLING
Solution Architect
Matthew Gosling's career spans more than 15 years in the industry, with the focus of solution architecture, network design, implementation, and management. With a string technical background in wired, wireless, cloud networks and network access control.
Matthew has been involved in a wide variety of projects, ranging from siloed technology delivery, end-to-end network architecture, migration, and pre-sales.
Matthew possesses subject matter expertise in Aruba network technologies and Cisco network technologies. With the primary focus being wireless network design and network access control.
As Marble Arch Consultancy's Solution Architect, Matthew is responsible for solution design, project implementation, and project ownership end-to-end.
ANTHONY DE AMICIS
Account Manager
Anthony De Amicis has two decades immersed within the field of technology honing his expertise in network and cybersecurity across diverse landscapes, spanning Corporate IT and Industrial OT sectors.
Anthony transitioned to Marble Arch Consulting in June 2023 having previously served as the OT Architect at Powercor, United Energy and as the IT Operations Lead at MMG, showcasing his versatile skill set and adaptability.
At Marble Arch Consulting Anthony integrates his rich technical acumen with a keen business sense to spearhead the development of the organisation's business processes, whilst also skilfully leading the Consultancy Division.
Anthony's extensive, broad based background ensures that Marble Arch Consulting's clientele to not only meet their technological and security objectives but also align them strategically with their overarching business goals.
Anthony's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University, Melbourne, Victoria, further bolstering his approach to problem-solving and leadership.

John Clayton has over twenty-five years’ experience in corporate advisory and consulting roles across the information technology, transport, infrastructure and investment banking industries for ASX 200 and Government clients. This includes review of major IT sourcing and services arrangements for BHP, MMG, NAB and Crown relating to several of Australia’s highest profile mergers and acquisitions.

Program Director​
Nick Empson possesses over two decades of project management experience delivering projects within a diverse range of corporate, government and industrial O/T sectors. His experience includes delivering infrastructure, networks and cybersecurity projects.
Having joined MAC in December 2023 as a Senior Project Manager, Nick previously held the position of Program Manager for NTT working with the Department of Education Victoria for 5 years delivering the department’s eduSTAR Program. This program provides centrally managed ICT solutions to over 1,650 schools. Prior to the Department of Education, Nick worked with various NTT clients including; ANZ Bank, Powercor, MMG, OZ Minerals and KPMG.
